Miss Rosita’s Legacee

Senor Guillermo x Miss Rosita

This female is the last daughter of the late grand dam, Miss Rosita. Rosita was a 1988 Chilean import that I had the privilege to own, who just passed in September 2006. Rosita’s first offspring Chrysantha, produced two big boned exotic herdsires for Art Kennel, Equator and Cornucopia. Miss Rosita also is the dam of 2 Celebrity Sale high sellers, Alexis(19K) and Campiagn (15K) and 3 of her offspring placed in the top 10 in the Celebrity Futurity. Campaign is a herdsire for Mike Gerken and Alexis won Grand Champion Heavy Wool Female at the 2002 Grand Nationals. Legacee is a gorgeous female who got the best of both worlds from her parents. She has Guillermo’s silky fiber,  Rosita’s big bone, and she has the sweetest disposition which can be attributed to both of them.

BHLF Too Shae

DOB 2/2/2014
Eskalero X Aloha Voo Doo Doll

This girl’s sire needs no introduction and anyone who saw VooDoo at the 2012 Celebration Double Show probably remember her taking 3rd and 3rd in a huge suri class and then taking 2nd and 3rd in the walking fleece.  I have also taken Doll in performance.  She is one of those dams who has it all—sturcture, fiber, and disposition.   The only suri  I have and I do love her.  This little female is awesome with straight legs, good balance and suri fiber and LOTS of flash.  She has “presence” she could sell.  I am really going to enjoy showing her unless of course someone buys her and beats me to it.  With those genetics and this flash, you cannot go wrong.

We also offer BHLF Trend Setter for sale.

BHLF Lucas

Whisty Creme X Paolina
DOB 9/12/2007

BHLF Lucas is a phenomenal male.  Besides the presence, fiber, confirmation, and balance, this boy has fantastic bloodlines.  His sire is the famous Halter Champion, Whisty Crème and his dam is the awesome Paolina.  Look at his maternal half sisters, Lucile and Luccynda.  This boy is as big and strong as his sisters.  NO suri fiber but none the less fantastic fiber.  This boy will make a great herdsire for some lucky herd.  You can show him and take all the ribbons or I can.  He knows he is HOT but do you?  We are willing to sell half interest in this incredible male who is now standing proud on our herdsire page. AT the ALSA Grand Nationals in 2009 Lucas placed Reserve Champion in the MW 2 year old class and in 2010 he placed 5th in a very very competitive Adult MW Class. So far we have really been pleased with his offspring.  See BHLF R2D2, BHLF Captain Ed Freeman, BHLF C3PO, and BHLF Lucas’ Cochise.

BHLF Theadore Roosevelt

BAL Anime' X BHLF Mr. President

Mystery Man
Theadore Roosevelt

This big fella grew over a pound a day.  His dam is from my Lubec line,  BAL Anime', and his sire is BHLF Mr. President, my Renegade son.  Two powerful genetics is this guy, not to mention Silver Peru, and Macho Camacho.  He stands around as if he owns the place all the time, and I cannot wait to take him into the Show ring with that attitude.  His fiber is as awesome as his stretch and presence and at this point , he seems to tract very well.  He took Grand Champion Walking Fleece in  his first show at the VA Classic.  He quickly learned to jump into my Ford Transit Connect and has a willing and eager to please spirit.  This fella has a lot going for him from genetics to performance companion.

BHLF Skywalker

BHLF Lucas X Work of Art

This fella has fantastic fiber genetics.  But what I like most is her perfect balance, upright neck, and straight legs.  Everytime I look at him he is squared up and looking “hot.”  I cannot wait to show him and compete with his fleece and also show off that super top line.  His dam is tall and stretchy and he is most likely going to follow in that path and be statuesque.   If you know anything about Heather Bamford’s herd, you will be happy to know his grand dam came from East Fork’s Farm.  If you do not use him as a stud, I would suggest a guard as he sees everything and is extremely alert.  Oh and his sire, BHLF Lucas,  has placed in the top 5  at Nationals several times.  One judge said of Lucas,  “he has perfect front legs.”   He has great legs front and back, and he throws nice legs every time.

Update...Skywalker placed first in walking fleece at the March Madness show 2014 and third in his halter class.
